World Kindness Day is coming up on November 13th, and to celebrate, we're launching a community-wide cereal box drive. Our goal is to collect as many boxes of cereal as possible--boxed cereal only (no bags or pouches)--to support local food banks, churches and families in need. We're also aiming to match or beat the current world record of 12,952 cereal boxes used to create a domino chain reaction throughout the entire school! Every box donated brings us closer to that goal while spreading kindness and generosity throughout our community and school. Students, staff, and families are all encouraged to participate by donating new, unopened boxes of cereal. Donations can be brought to school and placed in Advisement classrooms, or dropped off at the Piggly Wiggly and Cleveland State Bank in Howards Grove. We will be collecting starting today until November 13th. Let's come together to show the power of kindness--one cereal box at a time!
